Your inbox is filling up, meeting notes are waiting to be organised, and the report has to be put together from the same pieces again. Which parts of this work could AI take on? In this free, hands-on workshop, we’ll work on real office tasks and try out how to make them easier with AI. The aim is to arrive at a solution you can use next week and share with a colleague. For example, you can try out how to: turn meeting notes into a clear summary with tasks and deadlines; draft an email, proposal or report based on source information; compare long documents and highlight important differences; turn a recurring task into a clear set of instructions that AI can follow to help you each time. We’ll choose one task and work through it in practice. We’ll look at which steps you can hand over to AI, what information it needs and what a good result should look like. We’ll try a suitable tool or workflow, refine the instructions and add checkpoints so that errors don’t reach a client, colleague or manager. Safety is part of the practice: what data can be used, what needs to be removed or replaced, and when a person must check the result. The techniques are not tied to any one AI tool. This way, you can apply what you learn in your work and show a colleague how to make the same task easier. Trainer: Krister Viirsaar. Bring a laptop and charger. We’ll use sample data in the exercises; do not enter personal data or confidential information into public AI tools. Participation is free. The workshop takes place as part of the Eesti.ai initiative “The Most AI-Savvy Nation”. The workshop is part of AI Week and the Eesti.ai initiative “The Most AI-Savvy Nation”.
