AI doesn’t have to be limited to answering questions. AI agents can complete several work steps in sequence: search for information, compare offers, organise files and prepare documents. You give the task; the agent does the work. But what should you trust it with? When should you let it act independently, and when should a person confirm the result or next step? Join this free practical workshop, where we’ll use simple examples to explore how to use AI and agents in everyday work. We’ll try out what tasks can be delegated to them, how to describe a task clearly, and how to protect your data and prevent unwanted actions.

In the workshop, you’ll learn to:

Understand what an agent does. What’s the difference between chatting with AI and giving an agent a task?

Delegate work. For example, have an agent compare offers, summarise documents or draft a proposal.

Set clear boundaries. Which files may the agent read and edit? May it only prepare an email, or may it also send it?

Check results. How can you spot false facts, missing sources and incorrect conclusions before using them?

Protect data and access. What should you check before connecting files, a browser or work accounts to AI?

Mitigate risks. How can you start with small tasks, limit an agent’s permissions and require a person to approve important decisions?

A simple example: an agent can find three suitable offers and prepare a price comparison. Before booking or paying, you check the terms and give your approval. Similarly, an agent can draft a reply to a customer, but you decide whether to send it.

We’ll also discuss data protection, information security, copyright and ethics through practical examples. We’ll look at when using AI is appropriate, when it needs additional checking, and which tasks are best not to delegate.

You’ll leave the workshop with a clearer understanding of what work you can entrust to AI and how to keep control in your hands.

Trainer: Marika Juusu

Marika Juusu is the founder of Veebikool.ee and a trainer who helps entrepreneurs and teams put AI to practical use. She explains complex topics simply and uses clear examples to show how AI and agents can reduce everyday workloads.

Bring a laptop and charger. We’ll use sample data in the exercises. Do not enter personal data or confidential information into public AI tools.

Participation is free. Register and come try it out!

The workshop is part of AI Week and the Eesti.ai initiative “The Most AI-Savvy Nation.”
