The training takes place as part of the Eesti.ai initiative “The Most AI-Savvy Nation” and supports the informed and responsible use of artificial intelligence in working life.

In the workshop, we will explore how AI can be used in creative work, from generating ideas and drafting texts to preparing a brief for a visual concept. We will experiment with giving a tool a clear task, comparing the options it suggests and identifying risks. The aim of the training is to develop participants’ ability to use AI to support creative thinking, evaluate generated content and make informed decisions about copyright, data protection and responsibility.

The training is intended for working-age adults whose jobs involve creating ideas, texts, presentations, information materials or new solutions. It is suitable both for beginners and for people who have tried AI and want to make their working methods more informed.

Participants will: understand the main capabilities and limitations of AI and language models; learn at least three ways AI can support their creative work; be able to write a prompt for a creative task that describes its purpose, audience, background, constraints and desired output; be able to compare ideas and content drafts for relevance, factual accuracy and bias; recognise risks related to copyright, personal data and confidential information; distinguish situations where using AI is appropriate, requires limitations or should be avoided; and be able to use a simple checklist and explain the human responsibility involved in using generated content.

Trainer Risto Marjapuu is a partner and trainer at Nordaura. His strength lies in connecting the potential of technology with people’s everyday work. For more than 20 years, he has taught software use, workflow development, communication and time management. More than a decade of experience implementing solutions in Estonia and internationally, including at Ericsson and Scoro, gives him a practical perspective on how new working methods are adopted. He sees AI as a tool whose value emerges when people can set a clear task, assess the response and make an informed decision about whether to use it.

In the creativity workshop, Risto combines his extensive training and implementation experience with practical applications of AI, helping participants feel confident experimenting and develop the skills to critically build on their ideas. The workshop is part of Arunädal and the Eesti.ai initiative “The Most AI-Savvy Nation”.
