RIHARDS SAULE | Christmas Concert Programme “On the Way to a Miracle”

“On the Way to a Miracle” is a Christmas concert programme that brings together the sound of the band, the many voices of the choir and the emotional atmosphere of the festive season. This year’s concert tour continues the story begun last year with “On the Way to a Miracle”—a story about believing in miracles and seeking them. The realisation that a miracle need not be sought somewhere far away remains at the heart of the story. It is in people, in words, in music and in what we are able to give one another. The story now takes a new turn: rather than simply waiting and searching, we can create, give and be there for one another. Musically, the concert will move from nuanced, delicate sounds to the energy of rock music and emotionally powerful climaxes.

Performing at the concert:
Rihards Saule – vocals, guitar
Rihards Lībietis – guitars
Matīss Žilinskis – keyboards
Mārcis Kalniņš – bass guitar
Raitis Kalniņš – percussion
Zintis Žvarts – saxophone
Choir “Atvars”
Conductor – Jānis Baltiņš

Tickets will also be available at the venue on the day of the concert. The concert will be filmed and photographed. The resulting materials may be used to publicise the event.
