Film: Mission to Find the Parents

On 15 November at 12:00, Siguldas devons Cultural Centre invites you to watch the family detective adventure Mission to Find the Parents. The film tells the story of children who become true heroes, proving that courage, trust and teamwork can achieve what seems impossible. At the heart of the film is ten-year-old Alisa, who thinks everything is complicated because of her brother Milan. The family has to move to the countryside because of him, too—he’ll be better off there. But what about Alisa? It seems no one even thinks about what would be best for her. Unexpectedly, Alisa learns that Milan could be taken away from the family. That must not happen! But her parents have vanished. How can she find them if Milan cannot be left alone? Suddenly, some local boy detectives appear. They are ready to take Milan onto their team, too. The children set off to search for their missing parents. The clues lead to the city, where the children uncover a crime that turns out to be bigger than it first seemed.
