On one special evening, we’ll open six vintages from the legendary Ried Gaisberg vineyard of Weingut Hirsch, a highly regarded Austrian winery. Weingut Hirsch is one of the recognised names in Austrian biodynamic winemaking. Ried Gaisberg 1ÖTW Riesling is known for its elegance, minerality and exceptional ageing potential.
