Winter Swimming Championship | 3rd Group Training

To learn about safe and healthy winter swimming and test your ability to swim in cold water over one of the championship distances on offer, we invite you to take part in group training sessions at Beberliņi in preparation for the XIX Latvian Open Winter Swimming Championship and an IWSA World Cup stage! The final two sessions (of a four-session series) will take place on Sundays at 13:00: on 8 November, led by certified swimming coach Inga Krivcova, and on 15 November, in collaboration with Energy duck studio. No advance registration is required for the group training; participation is free of charge. Photos and videos will be taken during the event.
