Pärnu – Practical Workshop: AI for Office Work

In the workshop, you will create a reusable AI method for an office task, test it and improve its instructions. Who is it for? Office workers and specialists who use AI independently. No programming skills are required.

Topics: mapping a workflow and selecting a use case; defining the goal, inputs, output, quality requirements and risks; selecting a tool and creating a prompt template, assistant instructions or an AI-supported workflow; testing and improving it; fact-checking, data protection, confidentiality, copyright, information security and responsibility; preparing usage instructions and implementing them in an organisation.

Outcome: each participant will produce a tested method, including its goal, usage instructions, input, expected output, limitations, checkpoints and a note on prohibited input data. The outcome can be formatted as a digital microlearning module.

Preparation: bring a laptop. For the best experience, bring Excel, Word or PDF files that you are allowed to use in an AI tool and that contain no personal data or confidential information. Sample materials will be available on site if needed. A paid subscription to ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot or Claude is recommended.

Duration: 4 academic hours, plus a break.
