IDEE+SUPERPOWER Gathering

Do you feel you need both a break and fresh ideas to start your new year? The IDEE+SUPERPOWER gathering takes place near Pühajärv on 08–10 January, bringing together rest and personal development. Three days offer a chance to step away from everyday tasks and look at your ideas with fresh eyes. You’ll meet entrepreneurs and specialists from a range of fields, whose experience may help you find answers to your questions. In group workshops, we’ll bring ideas and strengths together to explore opportunities for collaboration. In a small group, there will be time to share your thoughts, receive honest feedback and get to know people better. Conversations will continue in a relaxed atmosphere on the hiking trail, during the sauna evening and by the fireplace. Come and spend a weekend that may leave you with a rested mind, a clearer direction for the new year and new ideas for collaboration!

The event is held in a naturally beautiful location near Pühajärv, in a holiday home, with a group of approximately 10 people. The length of Saturday’s nature hike (3–5 km) will be confirmed depending on the weather and participants’ preferences. We can take a short hike in Kääriku or a longer loop around Pühajärv. Accommodation is available at the event venue, in the same house, for an additional fee, in rooms for 2–3 people.

The shared programme takes place over three days in a private Airbnb-style holiday home, with a cosy fireplace room and an authentic wood-fired sauna in an outbuilding.

From 13:00: If you wish, you can go hiking around Pühajärv or on the trails at the Kääriku sports complex.

14:00–16:00 *Optional extra programme: a free guided tour and visit to Kaatsi Garden near Tartu. Register your interest by 30 November. The guided tour will take place if at least 7 people have registered their interest.*

The event is organised and moderated by Helen Anijalg, Human Intellect OÜ.

Meals are not included in the programme. The venue has a fully equipped kitchen and refrigerators. You can bring your favourite snacks, order ready-made food for delivery from Otepää, or cook together at the venue. On Saturday, before the hike, we’ll travel together to Kääriku for a buffet lunch. We’ll agree on meal preferences at the venue and place a group order; everyone will order and pay for their own chosen food. The participation fee includes coffee and tea.

Bring something to share at the communal table: your favourite snacks, gingerbread, baked goods, treats, and sauna drinks for Saturday evening.

The first seven people to register can also book accommodation at the event venue (50 euros per night in a shared room). The nearest other accommodation options are about 6 km away (a 5-minute drive): Pühajärve SPA, GMP Clubhotel and Kääriku Hotell. Please book your preferred accommodation yourself.

Helen Anijalg is the founder of Human Intellect OÜ, an entrepreneur, podcaster, mentor and event moderator. As co-founder of Estonian solar-roof company Roofit.Solar, she has gained practical experience in growing a company and international marketing. Since 2017, Helen has led Estonian and international conferences. The innovative IDEE+SUPERPOWER collaboration format she created brings together entrepreneurs and people from different backgrounds to combine their ideas, strengths and experience.
