Healing Family Patterns: A Day for Self-Realisation and Abundance

A day for creating wealth and abundance! Self-realisation creates abundance.

On this day, family constellations, a meditative journey and breathwork come together to bring hidden patterns to light and create more clarity, lightness and peace within you.

Do you feel that a pattern in your life keeps repeating? Do you sometimes feel that, despite trying your very best and having plenty of knowledge and determination, you hit an invisible wall when it comes to results or cash flow?

Often, the obstacles are not in the outside world but deep in our subconscious and family patterns:
* Invisible loyalties and unconscious guilt towards our ancestors (“I shouldn’t be more successful than they were”)
* Fear of being seen, criticised or failing
* A difficult relationship with money—money slips through your fingers or is hard to hold on to
* Searching for your true place and calling

Tiia Lõoke is a psychotherapist and breathwork therapist, and founder of the Academy of Conscious Creation and Breathwork. Heidy Kõiv is a family constellator and breathwork therapist, and creator of Kohaloluruum in Helsinki.

In the meditative journey, we connect with the strength and resources of our family line and learn to change unnecessary programmes and beliefs inherited from it—those related to money, abundance and self-realisation.
