Welcome to Nordic Pulse Hotel! Nordic Pulse rituals continue at Nordic Pulse Hotel in the scenic Ammende Villa in Pärnu. We are opening the doors to our creative space, a place where you can fully reset. Join us and immerse yourself in the Nordic Pulse creative space. Come for one day, stay overnight at the spa hotel, or spend a whole week with us. For a limited time, Ammende Villa becomes something else. Throughout the week, we move through different energy centres, activating the body, mind and creativity. A reset in how you experience time, feel and create. This is a place where you can simply be. The creative process is not limited to music; it means broadening perspectives, unlocking potential and deepening self-awareness. Through a range of holistic activities, participants can discover new sources of inspiration and creativity. The programme includes, among other things, breathwork and sound meditations, voice-release and movement workshops, and much more.
