Tour of the Victoria Bastion Casemates

The Victoria Bastion Casemates are passageways built in the late 17th century. They now house a tourist attraction offering guided tours, quests and various programmes. During the tour, you will learn about the history of Narva’s fortifications, the role of the bastions in wartime and peacetime, the treasures that only a few brave souls dared to seek, and the inhabitants of the bastions, whom you may even get to meet! The temperature in the casemates is 0°C in winter and 15°C in summer, so warm clothing is recommended in summer. Blankets are also provided to visitors during the tour. Visiting the casemates is not recommended for children under 5. It is also not recommended for people who are claustrophobic, have limited mobility, or suffer from vestibular disorders or dizziness.
