I know the feeling of going about my everyday life while seeming to be somewhere else entirely—not in my own life, but in my head, in tomorrow, thinking about everything I still need to do. Along with that comes a sense of rushing and feeling only partly connected to myself. I don’t feel in touch with myself as a woman, or at ease. Sometimes I describe it as having lost touch with my feminine energy for a while, with masculine direction having taken over. Does this feel familiar to you, too? Do you know the feeling of needing to pause for a moment just to find your way back to yourself?

On 18 November, I invite you to join me at Juureruum in Üks Maja, where we can bring everything to a standstill for a little while. We’ll begin with a cup of blue lotus tea. It’s not just tea—it has a warm, feminine energy that helps us feel grounded and arrive as we are, without needing to show or prove anything.

Then we’ll move into the body. Through somatic and sacred feminine practices, we’ll set the energy moving again—the energy that has become stuck inside you—so everything can begin to flow again. We’ll dance, not to look beautiful, but to return to our bodies and let the energy of being that already lives within us show itself more fully.

This is feminine power. It’s something we’ll discover together: your own body, your own rhythm, your own femininity. Come if you feel called.
