SINDI – Safe AI Use and Risk Mitigation

A practical workshop for anyone who uses or plans to use AI at work or in everyday life and wants to do so safely. In the workshop, you’ll learn:
• what happens to your data when you enter it into an AI tool—what you can and cannot share
• how to spot AI errors and fabricated facts, and how to check its answers
• how to recognise AI-enabled scams: fake voice calls, deepfakes and scam emails
• which privacy and security settings are worth enabling right away
• simple rules for using AI safely at work and at home

Format: a short introduction, practical examples and exercises, followed by questions and answers. The workshop lasts 3 hours.

Outcome: You’ll know which risks to consider when using AI and receive a simple checklist for using it safely.

Audience: Anyone interested; no prior knowledge is required. Level: Beginner.

Bring: a laptop, tablet or smartphone for the exercises. If you already have an account with an AI tool, sign in before the workshop.

Facilitator: Andres Gavriljuk, co-founder of PragmatiqAI and lead trainer, with over 12 years of experience in technological innovation and automation. He has trained and advised companies and organisations including Luminor, Verston, KMG Infra, TalTech and the Environmental Board on AI adoption.
