You have to be on your best behaviour in December, because the little Christmas elves are watching. But we’ve invited Valm and Orav over. We’ll sort it out afterwards.
Acoustic duo Tarvo Valm and Ivo “Belka” Orav are bringing instruments, a punk attitude to life and humour to the venue—you never know whether you’ll be singing along next or catching your breath from laughing. They first picked up their instruments together in 2020 and sent out their first musical masterpiece, “Võiks kuked saata kurele”. Since then, the men have been lifting spirits around Estonia and proving that acoustic does not mean meek.
Tarvo Valm is a man whose musical repertoire includes rock, punk, country and probably a few other things that don’t need to be declared at customs. Ivo “Belka” Orav brings his silver voice, charm and stage presence. They say men, women and even pets are powerless to resist them.
The evening brings together original music and Estonian punk classics in the duo’s own fresh arrangements. There’ll be songs and stories between songs, moments of recognition and singalongs. Bring a friend and leave your everyday worries downstairs. With Valm and Orav, everything always works. At least most of the time.
