Want to live! Come and breathe!

Have you ever felt that you’re there for everyone else, but somewhere along the way you’ve lost yourself? I have. I listened to, sensed and tried to understand everyone else until I realised I could no longer see myself. FBR breathing has helped me calm down, return to myself and begin to see myself again. Today, I want to share this experience with you, too.

What can a breathwork journey offer you?
• Helps calm the nervous system and reduce tension.
• Creates space to connect with your feelings and subconscious patterns.
• Helps you notice what is holding you back in life and discover new possibilities for change.
• Supports a deeper connection with yourself, your life force and joy.

Because deep within us there is not only pain and disappointment. There is also love, freedom, joy and everything we may have forgotten within ourselves.

Facilitator: I’m Kali Kai Meius—a holistic regression therapist, child therapist, sound journey facilitator and FBR breathing technique instructor. I have studied my professional fields for many years, and in my work I create space for people to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, notice their inner patterns and make changes.

I invite you to pause for a moment. Breathe. Be with yourself. Without needing to prove anything or become someone else. Come and experience what one meeting with yourself can open up.

What to bring? Wear comfortable clothes that you feel good in and can move and breathe freely in. You’re also welcome to bring a water bottle. Everything else is provided on site.

SEE YOU THERE! 🤍
