Want to live! Come breathe!

Have you ever felt that you are there for everyone else, but somewhere along the way you lost yourself? I have. I listened to, sensed and tried to understand everyone else, until I realised I could no longer see myself. FBR breathing has helped me calm down, return to myself and begin to see myself again. Today, I want to share this experience with you too.

What can a breathwork journey offer you?
• It helps calm the nervous system and ease tension.
• It creates space to meet your feelings and unconscious patterns.
• It helps you notice what is holding you back in life and discover new possibilities for change.
• It supports a deeper connection with yourself, your vitality and joy.

Because deep within us there is not only pain and disappointment. There is also love, freedom, joy and everything we may have forgotten within ourselves.

Facilitator: I am Kali Kai Meius—a holistic regression therapist, child therapist, sound journey facilitator and FBR breathing technique facilitator. I have studied my fields for many years and, in my work, create space for people to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, recognise inner patterns and make changes.

I invite you to pause for a moment. Breathe. Be with yourself. With no need to prove anything or become someone else. Come and experience what one encounter with yourself can open up.

What to bring? Wear comfortable clothes that feel good and allow you to move and breathe freely. You may also bring a bottle of water if you wish. Everything else is provided at the venue.

SEE YOU THERE! 🤍
