The album “All the Feelings in the World” was made over the past three years, and its songs reflect the changes and twists and turns in relationships experienced during that time. It is an honest and emotionally rich story about the time we live in—about closeness and estrangement, love and separation, self-awareness and longing for a simpler world. About everything that shapes us, changes us and sometimes makes us lose our way. Along with the release of the new album, Kautkaili announce their biggest concert to date, at Sigulda Castle Ruins open-air stage on 3 July 2027. It will be a very special evening, where “All the Feelings in the World” will meet the audience’s already beloved repertoire, marking a new chapter in the band’s musical journey.
“After several concert seasons performing a repertoire that is already well known, we are especially excited to have the chance to play the new album at our biggest open-air concert to date. Our audience has grown considerably since the first album, and this celebration is for them, too. We’ll experience a beautiful musical journey, giving ourselves over to all the feelings in the world—and in such a special place as Sigulda Castle Ruins,” says the band Kautkaili.
Kautkaili consists of musicians Kristīne Pāže, Didzis Bardo and Krists Krūskops. Their sound brings together the feel of 1990s Latvian alternative pop, contemporary indie and elements of electronic music. At its centre are the velvety voice of singer and songwriter Kristīne Pāže and melodies that lead listeners into a multilayered world of feeling. After their debut album “Personas kods” (“Personal Identity Number”) was acclaimed by listeners and music critics, the band embarked on their first electro-acoustic concert tour of Latvia, “Kur klusums zied” (“Where Silence Blooms”). Their participation in Latvian Television’s song contest “Supernova” helped their music reach an even wider audience, attracting attention beyond Latvia’s borders as well.
