VÄÄTSA – AI Basics

Türi Municipality is taking part in AI Week, or AI workshops, taking place across Estonia from 18 to 22 November 2026. AI Week is led by the Eesti.ai initiative, which operates under the Government Office, to help people learn about the possibilities of artificial intelligence and use it mindfully. In this training, we will cover the basics of AI and practical ways it can be used to save time in everyday life and at work. We will also discuss safety and risks: how to check AI responses, protect your data, and spot potential dangers. The practical session will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by volunteer AI expert Heldin Rikk. No prior experience using AI is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to learn. If possible, bring your smartphone and/or laptop so you can try out what you learn right away. Participation is free, but advance registration is required.
