“Money City” is a psychological transformation game in which our usual ways of interacting with money, resources, opportunities and other people become visible as we play.
How do you choose when resources are scarce? And when there are plenty? Do you take risks or save? Do you notice opportunities or pass them by? Is it easy for you to give and receive? Can you ask for what you need and negotiate? What happens when someone else has more? And what do you do when reality suddenly goes completely off-plan?
Everyone will have their own focus. You might want to earn more, change your relationship with money, understand your financial ceiling, make a decision, discover new opportunities, or simply understand what is going on between you and money.
Then the city begins: a game board, a die, money, metaphorical cards, the laws of money, choices and tasks, gains and losses, unexpected circumstances—and other people alongside you. As the game unfolds, beliefs, limitations and familiar ways of acting gradually become more noticeable, including things we may not even notice in everyday life.
As you make decisions, you observe yourself—and that’s when things get interesting. One board. One set of rules. Sometimes even the same task. Yet four people can see, understand and experience it in completely different ways.
By the end, we’ll try to come up with not just another nice insight about ourselves, but an answer to a much more useful question: “So, what do I want to do differently now?”
The game lasts 4 hours.

**Who creates this space?**
My name is Alyona Sidorkina. Synergy is my middle name. I’m a coach, constellation facilitator, game practitioner, and practitioner of body-oriented approaches and meditation.
For many years, I’ve explored people: how we think, feel, make choices, interact with others and create our reality. I’m drawn to formats where you don’t have to become the “best version of yourself.” You can pause, look at yourself a little more closely and notice what often goes unseen in everyday life. That’s exactly why I love transformation games.
In a game, we often discover something about ourselves before we have time to come up with the “right” answer. It matters to me to create a space where you can be curious about yourself, try things out, notice, laugh and be surprised—and leave with not only an insight, but also a little more clarity about what you want to do with it now.
