How can you use AI to make everyday office work faster and easier? In this practical workshop, you’ll try AI on your own work tasks and leave with ready-to-use solutions. Who it’s for: office and administrative staff, assistants, executive assistants, specialists and small business owners. Level: beginner; no prior knowledge required. What we’ll do: • how AI works, what it can and can’t do • writing a good prompt: role, context and examples • emails, summaries, minutes and editing text • spreadsheets, organising data and quick analysis • planning meetings, events and the workday • data protection and security: what not to share with AI • creating your own collection of reusable prompts. Outcome: you’ll be able to use AI safely for at least three everyday work tasks and take away your own collection of prompts. Bring: a laptop and charger. Think of 2–3 work tasks you’d like help with. Before the workshop, we’ll email you instructions on how to create a free account in an AI chat application. Time and place: Thursday, 19 November 2026, 10:00–13:00. Betti Alver Museum hall, Jaama 3b, Jõgeva. The workshop will be led by Katrin Vilimaa-Otsing, a practitioner who uses AI every day and studies artificial intelligence at TalTech. In her workshop, you won’t just listen—you’ll do the work. The workshop is free for participants. It is part of AI Week and the Eesti.ai initiative “The Most AI-Savvy Nation”.
