Jõhvi Municipality Men’s Health Information Day

Dear MEN! We invite you to take part in Jõhvi Municipality’s Men’s Health Information Day, taking place on International Men’s Day, 19 November, starting at 17:30 in the Toila SPA Conference Hall. This time, we’ll talk about sleep and sleep disorders. The presentation will be given by renowned sleep physician and psychiatrist Dr Tuuliki Hion. The meeting is an opportunity to discuss these topics together, ask questions, and get answers about what interests you most regarding sleep and good-quality rest.
