Kärdla – Artificial Intelligence and Creativity

Artificial intelligence opens up entirely new possibilities for creativity—it helps you find fresh ideas, try different approaches, and create engaging content more quickly and easily. But how can we use artificial intelligence to support our own creativity rather than replace it? In this practical workshop, we’ll explore how to use artificial intelligence to generate ideas, create text and visuals, and find creative solutions. We’ll try out different tools and learn to write prompts that help produce more interesting and distinctive results.

In the workshop, we will:
- explore the possibilities of artificial intelligence in creative work and content creation;
- learn to use artificial intelligence to generate and develop ideas;
- experiment with creating text, images, and other creative content;
- practise writing effective prompts to get more interesting and precise results;
- explore how to use artificial intelligence to create presentations, visual materials, and creative concepts;
- look at how to adapt AI-generated content to your own style and needs;
- discuss copyright, ethical questions around creativity, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence;
- work on practical creative tasks and try out new ideas.

The workshop combines inspiring examples, practical experiments, and engaging exercises. It is suitable for both beginners and people who already have experience using artificial intelligence. If possible, we recommend bringing a laptop so you can take part in the exercises, but it is not required.

The workshop will be led by Sander Mikkov. Sander graduated from TALTECH’s School of IT and has extensive professional experience in software development. He is an artificial intelligence expert and enthusiast, and his training sessions are engaging and interesting.

The workshop will take place at Hiiumaa Muuseumi Pikk Maja. Participation is free, but places are limited and registration is required. Please register early. We look forward to welcoming you to the workshop.

The workshop is part of Arunädal and the Eesti.ai initiative “The Most AI-Savvy Nation.”
