Need a registration form, booking page or assistant for recurring questions—but don’t have a developer? In this workshop, you’ll use AI to turn an idea into a working mini-prototype, without programming.

Who it’s for: Specialists, managers, entrepreneurs, teachers and cultural workers with an idea they want to test quickly. Level: Suitable for everyone.

Format: 3 hours (4 academic hours), split into two parts with a break; mostly hands-on. In the first part, you’ll define the idea, its user and the desired outcome. In the second, you’ll build and test the prototype, then show it to others.

After the workshop, you’ll be able to:
- Describe an idea as a use case: for whom, what input and what output.
- Choose a free tool suited to the task.
- Build a mini-prototype—a form, simple website or chat assistant.
- Assess prototype risks (data, permissions) and identify the next step.

Before the workshop: Think of a real idea or problem at work—without personal data. Bring a laptop; the free versions of tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude are sufficient.

Trainer: Julian Kaljuvee is an AI engineer who has delivered AI projects for international companies, including in the energy and finance sectors. He is a co-founder of EstoniAI Meetup and an AI trainer. He studied economics, applied mathematics and computer science at Harvard University.

Time and place: 20 November 2026, 09:00–12:00, Tartu. The exact venue will be announced soon. Participation is free; places are limited—register via Fienta!

The workshop is part of Arunädal and the Eesti.ai initiative “Kõige AI-targem rahvas” (“The Most AI-Savvy Nation”).
