Friday afternoon: 40 emails in your inbox, and you need a summary of yesterday’s meeting by morning. How much of that could AI handle? Who it’s for: anyone who writes emails, prepares documents, fills in spreadsheets or plans work—from assistants to managers. Level: beginner; no prior experience needed. Format: 3 hours (4 academic hours), in two parts, with a break in between. Part one covers how AI works, where it can save time, data protection and responsibility. Part two is hands-on: you’ll turn meeting notes into a draft of minutes and check the result. After the workshop, you’ll know how to write a prompt that produces a usable first draft; turn notes into minutes and a long document into a short summary; draft a reply to an email and adjust its tone; and use AI to create a spreadsheet or work plan. Before the workshop: bring one real work task (for example, meeting notes) with no personal data. Bring a laptop or smartphone; the free versions of tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini are sufficient. Trainer: Daniel Raissar is an entrepreneur who has worked as a founder, chief operating officer (COO) and product manager at AI, Web3 and regulated fintech companies. He has experience taking complex platforms from development plans to market. Time and place: 19 November 2026, 18:00–21:00, Kärdla. The exact venue will be announced soon. Participation is free; places are limited—register via Fienta! The workshop is part of AI Week and the Eesti.ai initiative “The Most AI-Savvy Nation”.
