VIIMSI – Effective AI Use in Everyday Work

This practical training focuses on how artificial intelligence can become like an experienced colleague in everyday work, helping you complete tasks faster and to a higher standard. We’ll look at how large language models (LLMs) work and try them out on real-life work tasks, from emails to project plans. The training is for anyone who wants to use AI consciously and effectively in their daily work, whether they’re just starting out or want to take their prompting skills to the next level.

In the training, you’ll learn to:
• Write effective, context-specific prompts to achieve the results you want
• Use AI to create emails, meeting notes, reports and project plans
• Use AI for office work with Word, Excel and PowerPoint files
• Generate ideas, hold brainstorming sessions and solve problems with AI
• Create a personal AI assistant to simplify recurring everyday tasks

The training is practical, and we’ll try everything out using examples from our own work. You’ll also receive a collection of ready-made prompts.

For the training, it is recommended that you subscribe for one month to a paid LLM, or large language model (ChatGPT GO, Copilot, Gemini, Claude or another).
