NARVA – AI in Office Work

Artificial intelligence is a valuable assistant in everyday office work, helping save time and make work processes more efficient. But how can you put AI to work for you in practice? In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore how to use AI for a range of office tasks, from drafting texts and analysing documents to organising information and planning activities. We’ll learn to use AI tools more effectively, write better prompts and find ways to simplify everyday work.

In the workshop, we will:
- explore practical uses of AI in office work;
- learn to write effective prompts for better results;
- practise drafting and editing emails, reports and other texts;
- look at how to quickly find key information in documents and create summaries;
- explore ways to analyse and organise information;
- use AI to generate ideas, prepare for meetings and plan activities;
- discuss how to check AI-generated results and handle data securely;
- work through practical office tasks.

The workshop combines clear explanations, practical examples and engaging exercises. It is suitable for beginners and experienced AI users alike. If possible, we recommend bringing a laptop so you can take part in the exercises, but this is not required.

The workshop will be led by Sander Mikkov. Sander graduated from TALTECH’s Faculty of IT and has extensive experience in software development. He is an AI expert and enthusiast, and his training sessions are engaging and interesting.

The workshop will take place at Narva Town Hall. Participation is free, but places are limited and registration is required. Please register early; we look forward to seeing you at the workshop.
