How many times a month do you write the same kind of email or report from scratch? In this workshop, you’ll build an AI workflow for that task and take it home with you.

Who it’s for: Office workers, specialists and managers who have already tried AI.

Level: Suitable for everyone. Taking the introductory office-work workshop first is helpful, but not required.

Format: 3 hours (4 academic hours), in two parts with a break in between; mostly hands-on work. In the first part, you’ll choose a recurring task. In the second, you’ll build an instruction and workflow, test it with sample data, and add checkpoints.

After the workshop, you’ll be able to:
- Identify tasks that are worth simplifying with AI.
- Write a reusable instruction (“recipe”) to get consistent results.
- Test a workflow and improve the points where it makes mistakes.
- Share a workflow with colleagues as a short guide, for example on minu.eesti.ai.

Before the workshop: Bring one recurring work task and sample material without personal data. Bring a laptop; free versions of tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini are sufficient.

Trainer: Julian Kaljuvee is an AI engineer who has delivered AI projects for international companies, including in the energy and finance sectors. He is a co-founder of EstoniAI Meetup and an AI trainer, and studied economics, applied mathematics and computer science at Harvard University.

Time and place: 19 November 2026, 13:00–16:00, Võru. The exact venue will be announced soon.

Participation is free; places are limited — register via Fienta!

The workshop is part of Arunädal and the Eesti.ai initiative “The Most AI-Savvy Nation.”
