RAPLA – Safe Use of AI and Risk Mitigation
AI can help with work tasks, but what can you share with it, and how can you assess the answers it gives? In this practical eesti.ai workshop, you’ll learn to spot risks and use AI more thoughtfully.
**Who is it for?** Office workers, specialists, managers and entrepreneurs who want to use AI safely in their work.
**Level:** Beginner. No previous experience using AI is required.
**What will we do in the workshop?**
• Discuss what information can be shared with AI and how to protect personal data and confidential work-related information.
• Practise removing sensitive data from a work task.
• Learn to check AI responses and spot fabricated facts and bias.
• Create a simple checklist for safe use.
Short explanations alternate with practical exercises and discussion.
**After the workshop, you’ll have:** The ability to assess the risks of using AI, and a checklist to review your working practices.
**Preparation:** Bring a laptop and charger. Make sure you can log in to the AI service of your choice. We’ll use fictional or public data in the exercises.
**Time:** 18 November 2026, 15:00–18:00
**Place:** Rapla Central Library, Lasteaia tn 5, Rapla.
**Participation is free.** Advance registration is required.
