Blank-page syndrome when writing a project proposal, lengthy reports, communication with partners, endless meetings, a growing pile of tasks and pressure to create compelling messages nonstop—the modern worker’s desk is overflowing with work! In this practical three-hour workshop, we’ll use AI to work through the following steps: How can you use AI to turn initial ideas into “project language” and put together a clear action plan in minutes, with stages and people responsible? How can you find logical errors in a text, make its style consistent and get critical feedback on a draft from five reviewers with different profiles, including suggestions for solutions? How can you transcribe meetings, prepare clear action plans and create visual diagrams to explain ideas to partners and funders? How can you quickly turn raw data into a progress update in language and a format suited to management or a funder? How can you use AI as a brainstorming partner when creating events and campaigns if the team is small, time is short and the venue or format has not yet been decided? How can you protect sensitive data in contracts and applications, and recognise factual errors and hallucinations?

Audience and level: Project managers, communications and development specialists, office workers, and middle and senior managers whose work involves preparing documents, planning, reporting and information exchange. Beginner and practical levels.

Bring: Your laptop and charger.

The workshop is led by Inger Klesment, who holds a master’s degree in journalism and communication from the University of Tartu and works as a media literacy specialist and project manager at the University of Tartu’s Institute of Social Studies. She is also part of the Education and Youth Board’s network of artificial intelligence trainers. The workshop is based on practical experience writing and managing numerous projects and organising communications for events.

The workshop is part of Arunädal and Eesti.ai’s “Kõige AI-targem rahvas” initiative.
