Mariachi Christmas | Liepāja Theatre’s Small Hall

A musical holiday journey for the whole family

From faraway lands where snow and frost are nowhere to be seen, three unstoppable mariachi musicians—El-Panadero, El-Longo and El-Fato—set off in search of the Christmas miracle. The three enthusiastic men know only that for some, the holidays mean mountains of gifts; for others, a chance to eat their fill; and for still others, decorating an evergreen, needle-covered tree and then gathering around it to sing together.

As they search for the much-heralded holiday miracle in one place and then another on our shared planet, the mariachi musicians are snowed and blown all the way to us—to the small hall of Liepāja Theatre, at the concert hall “Lielais dzintars”. There, everything finally becomes clear: this meeting itself is a true Christmas miracle.
