Online Group Consultation for Individuals — 19 November 2026

Ida-Viru Ettevõtluskeskus invites you to an online group consultation for people who want to start a business but are currently operating as individuals and have not yet registered an OÜ or FIE. We regularly hold group consultations specifically for individuals, explaining the first steps, common mistakes and frequently asked questions that arise before starting a business.

The Teams link will be sent automatically to registered participants after registration is complete.

We will discuss:
- The differences between FIE, OÜ, MTÜ and an entrepreneurial account (ettevõtluskonto)—which to choose for your situation
- How to set up an OÜ or FIE (main steps and requirements)
- What taxes entrepreneurs pay and what obligations arise after registration
- Where to find support and funding (programmes, support measures and useful resources)
- How to get started and what to watch out for (common risks and mistakes)
- Common mistakes when writing a business plan
- Questions and answers, including discussion of topics submitted in the registration form
