Jõgeva City Stories: Community – just neighbours, or something more?
What makes a city a community? Is it enough to live next to one another, or does something more emerge when we know each other, care, and act together?
We invite you to the first Jõgeva City Stories evening on 25 November, from 17:00 to 19:00, at the Betti Alver Museum. We’ll talk about community and a sense of community.
Together, we’ll discuss: What is a community, and how does a sense of community develop? Why do we need a community? How can we help make Jõgeva a place where we feel at home and look out for one another?
This is an evening for sharing ideas, experiences, and discussion. It doesn’t matter whether you’re already active in your community or are just thinking about getting more involved in your hometown—every thought and experience is welcome!
Everyone interested in the topic of community is welcome, not only residents of Jõgeva.
Venue: Betti Alver Museum, Jõgeva
Time: 25 November, 17:00–19:00
Come and think with us about how to make Jõgeva a city where we are not just neighbours, but a community!
