About the trainer:
Kaide-Liis Luht is CFO and chief accountant at Luht Grupp OÜ. The accounting and financial management team she leads advises start-ups, e-residents and growing companies that need strong financial management without setting up their own accounting department. The team has worked with founders in more than 20 countries, including e-residency-based businesses and companies in the crypto and Web3 sectors, which require more specialised accounting expertise.
Kaide-Liis and her team focus in their day-to-day work on investor-ready accounting, audit readiness, cross-border and e-residency-related accounting, and management reporting that does more than present figures—it helps managers make decisions. This practical, business-oriented approach also suits a training course in the fundamentals, where the aim is to help participants understand accounting through real business operations, not just theory.
