Ten-year-old Lisa is a bullied newcomer in the run-down town of Rosenhill. Everything changes when she finds a mysterious book that teaches her how to acquire 101 superpowers. With the help of the Superhero Handbook, she becomes Red Mask. Lisa defeats her bullies and stops the theft of a 700-year-old mythical coin that would save the old town. When ruthless crime boss Wolfgang kidnaps the mayor of Rosenhill to get the coin for himself, Lisa faces a difficult question: should she team up with her bullies before Wolfgang destroys all of Rosenhill, or not?
