Backrooms

A24 brings you a film based on the viral internet phenomenon “Backrooms.” If you’re not careful and noclip out of reality in the wrong place, you’ll end up in the backrooms, where there’s nothing but the smell of old, damp carpet, the madness of stained yellow walls, the constant background hum of fluorescent lights at maximum brightness, and about six hundred million square miles of randomly segmented empty rooms to get trapped in. God help you if you hear something wandering nearby, because it has definitely heard you. From May 29, 2026.
