For entrepreneurs attending the training: understanding the income statement and balance sheet; costs, pricing and the break-even point; cash flow and a three-month cash-flow forecast; financial indicators for managers and a company action plan.

The training is organised under the “Developing SME Skills at County Development Centres” measure and is co-funded by the European Union. It is intended for micro and small businesses in rural areas.
