Heartbeat Estonia invites you into a space where you can set aside the thoughts of everyday life, return to your body, and discover what lives within you. Through music, free movement, and shared space, you can express yourself, experiment, open up, and allow yourself to be exactly as you are. Maybe you will encounter something within yourself that you have not made room for before. Maybe you will see others in a completely new light. Maybe something will happen here that you could not have imagined.

We do not need to know how to dance. We do not need to prove anything to anyone. It is enough to show up as you are and let your body tell its story. DJ Layqa creates a musical journey that invites you to explore your movement, expression, and inner power. Let the music carry you, listen to your body, and make room for the special qualities within you. Every dancer brings something unique to the floor. It is our differences that make our shared space lively, powerful, and inspiring.

The evening will be opened and the space held by:
Krista Köster – a warm-up to help you ground yourself, arrive, and open up to movement.
DJ Layqa – an ecstatic dance musical journey where everyone can find their own rhythm and let their body express itself freely.

EVENING SCHEDULE
18:30 – Doors open; arrival and getting familiar with the space
19:00 – Welcome and warm-up with Krista Köster
19:30 – Ecstatic dance with DJ Layqa
21:30 – Grounding and closing circle
21:45 – Fruit and snacks provided by us
22:00 – End of the evening

The earlier you buy your ticket, the less you pay to attend.

- €22 – 1–9 November
- €25 – 10–17 November
- €30 – 18–20 November; at the door if available

The number of advance-sale tickets is limited, and ticket tiers may sell out early.

Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, and come with an open mind. Allow yourself to move without judgment or expectations. Notice yourself and others. Make room for your unique power, and let others shine too. We do not have to be alike to create something powerful together.
