TALLINN – AI in the Organisation: From Strategy to Everyday Work

How can we move from isolated AI experiments to making the use of AI a genuine part of the everyday work of an organisation and its teams? Kristel Kriisa and Julija Mõnnakmäe will lead a practical workshop exploring the adoption of AI from two perspectives: what the organisation as a whole needs to do, and what a unit or team leader can do. We will share examples from TalTech and the public sector, and speak frankly about what has worked, what has not, and what we would do differently today.

The workshop will cover, among other things, leadership, rules, tools, skills, use cases and measurement. In the practical session, participants will map the current state of their organisation or unit and put together a concrete plan of next steps for adopting AI.

The workshop is suitable for organisational and unit leaders, development and HR managers, digital transformation advocates, and anyone whose role involves adopting AI or developing work practices. Previous experience with AI is not required. The workshop comprises 4 academic hours. Please bring your own computer. As part of the collaboration between TalTech and Eesti.ai, the workshop is also open to participants from outside the university.
