A Nighttime Tour of the Castle

We invite you to an evening walk through Narva Castle. In the glow of flashlights, the halls, staircases and narrow passageways take on a very different character: familiar outlines fade into the half-dark, and the old walls seem to come alive and reveal their secrets.

During the tour, we will make our way through the castle with flashlights, view the exhibits in an unusual light, and hear stories about the castle’s former residents, guards, knights and rulers. In the darkness, swords gleam more brightly, armour seems almost alive, and portraits appear to follow visitors with their eyes.

We will take a look into narrow passageways and secret tunnels, learn what they were used for, and find out what dangers might have lurked around the next corner. The old stone rooms are cool, a little mysterious and truly exciting.

This evening tour offers the chance to see Narva Castle as it cannot be seen during the day.
