“Politician in a T-shirt” conversation series: Dāvids Rubens, Chair of the Līvāni Municipality Council

On Thursday, 5 November at 18:00, a meeting in the “Politician in a T-shirt” conversation series with Dāvids Rubens, Chair of the Līvāni Municipality Council, will take place at the “Caffeine” café in Daugavpils. Young people are invited to get to know the municipal leader’s professional experience and personality in an informal setting, ask questions and take part in a discussion. During the meeting, Dāvids Rubens will talk about his professional path to becoming council chair, the challenges of leading a municipality and the responsibility involved in making decisions that matter to residents.
