Meditation | Crystal Sounds and Poetry

A peaceful atmosphere will prevail at Engures Saieta nams, where the vibrations of crystal singing bowls will intertwine with words of poetry, creating a special space for rest and inner peace. This evening will be an opportunity to slow down the rush of everyday life, relax, and turn your attention to your feelings, letting yourself be carried by the interplay of sounds and words. During the dark season, it will be an opportunity to restore inner balance and find light, peace, and harmony within yourself.
