Step into the Temple of Love
Imagine entering an extraordinary sacred space, where the everyday world gradually fades away and the possibility of something magical opens up. This is a space where time slows, the mind quiets, and you are invited to experience the beauty of full presence, aliveness and connection.
You are invited to enter the Temple of Love, where the body becomes sacred, connection becomes meditation, and every encounter holds the possibility of experiencing something divine. Through ceremony, movement, meditation and rituals of devotion, we will explore how to reach states of deep bliss, expansion and naturally heightened awareness—without any intoxicants, using only the energy of our own life force.
What if you could experience natural intoxication through breath, presence, movement and connection? What if you could meet yourself and others beyond everyday identities, expectations and social roles? This evening offers a chance to step beyond the familiar world and enter a world of respect, beauty, sensuality and genuine human connection. A ceremonial journey towards the sacred, where you may discover new depths in feeling, seeing, touching and being. And perhaps you will take a little of that divine presence home with you.
A Ceremonial Journey
When people gather with a shared intention, enter ritual together and choose presence over performance, something profoundly magical can happen. We begin with a guided ceremonial journey, gently creating a safe and mindful space where everyone can arrive, relax and open up to the experience. Through music, movement, breath and guided connection exercises, we awaken our senses, cultivate trust and explore the beauty of meeting ourselves and others with curiosity and openness.
Awakening the Body and Life Force
Through shaking, dancing, breathing and bodily movement, we release tension, awaken our inner life force and reconnect with the energy that naturally flows through the body. This is an invitation to celebrate being alive, honour our bodies and open ourselves to joy, freedom and sensuality.
Eye Gazing and Sacred Encounters
What happens when we truly look another person in the eyes—without words, expectations or the need to perform? Through eye-gazing meditation and gentle connection exercises, we explore the profound beauty of seeing another person and being seen. We meet another person beyond their story, appearance or identity—simply as a living expression of awareness.
Body Altars and Devotion
One of the central rituals of our evening is the creation of living body altars. In this beautiful practice, participants have the opportunity to be living altars—sacred beings who are honoured, cherished and celebrated. Those receiving in the ritual may choose to wear a blindfold or keep their eyes open, experiencing the ritual in a way that feels comfortable and respects their personal boundaries.
Others are invited to approach these living altars with reverence and respect, offering their presence and appreciation and, if they wish and there is mutual consent, mindful, devotional touch. This is a meditation in giving and receiving. A moment to experience the body not as an object of desire, but as a sacred expression of life, deserving of tenderness, admiration and respect. This ritual can become a deeply moving experience of surrender, trust, gratitude and connection. It reminds us how beautiful it is simply to be seen and honoured as we are.
Entering the Open Temple
As the guided ceremony unfolds, we gradually move into the open-temple space. Here, words become less necessary and presence becomes our language. There is no need for empty small talk, social self-presentation or trying to impress anyone. Instead, you are invited to follow your genuine curiosity and explore connection through eye contact, breath, movement, meditation, conscious touch and playful encounters.
You may choose to dance, meditate, give or receive loving massage, share a heartfelt hug, or simply rest in your own presence. Every encounter is an invitation, never an obligation. The question is not how to do more, but how to feel more deeply. This is a space where our hands become an extension of the heart, touch becomes a gift, and connection can become a sacred experience.
A Temple Evening for Beginners and Experienced Explorers Alike
This Saturday Temple Evening has been lovingly designed to welcome both those who have never attended a tantra temple and those with previous experience. The evening begins with guided exercises intended to build trust, explore consent, express boundaries and help everyone feel comfortable before entering the open temple.
Participants wear underwear (briefs) throughout the evening. There is no penetrative sex, and there are no expectations of sexual interaction. You are always free to choose how much you participate, decline any invitation, or simply observe and enjoy the atmosphere. The aim is not to achieve any particular experience, but to create a space where genuine connection, sensuality, playfulness and sacred presence can emerge naturally.
Consent, Boundaries and Safety
Consent is the foundation of our temple. Every interaction is based on mutual agreement, clear communication and respect for personal boundaries. Consent is ongoing and may be withdrawn at any time. We invite everyone to respect both their own needs and boundaries and those of others.
This is a space for mindful self-discovery, not therapy or a setting for processing trauma. Although deep emotions may naturally arise, the evening is not intended to provide therapeutic intervention or support for active trauma responses. Our aim is to create a respectful, supportive environment with clear boundaries, where everyone feels they have the right and freedom to decide for themselves about their experience.
Meet the Facilitators
Filipa Moniz
Tantra Teacher and Intimacy Mentor
Filipa’s journey began with studies in biomedical sciences at Oxford and Johns Hopkins University, followed by a successful career in the Swiss corporate world. Despite her achievements, she still felt disconnected from her body and deeper desires. A transformative journey through yoga, tantra and embodied self-awareness on the island of Bali inspired her to leave her corporate career and devote herself to exploring intimacy, pleasure and conscious relationships.
Today, she shares practices that bring together the intellectual world and embodied wisdom, helping people connect more deeply, be more authentic and experience more joy in life and love.

Carry the Temple Within You
What if the sacred is not something we have to seek outside ourselves? What if it is already here—in our breath, our bodies, the way we look another person in the eyes, the tenderness of touch and the simple wonder of being alive?
This Saturday Temple Evening is an invitation to remember. To remember that your body is sacred. That your presence is a gift. That love can be experienced not only as an emotion, but also as a state of being. And that the divine can appear in the simplest moments of genuine human connection.
Come as you are—with an open heart and a curious mind. Let yourself be surprised by the beauty that can arise when we meet with respect, playfulness and love. May you leave not only feeling more alive, but also carrying a little piece of the temple within you—into your relationships, everyday life and every encounter that follows.
You are also warmly invited to our Couples’ Afternoon for deeper connection! Read more HERE.
