VEEB – AI in Communications: Messaging and Content Creation

Effective communication requires clear messages, an understanding of the target audience, and continuous content creation. How can you use AI to create high-quality content faster while keeping your messages accurate, trustworthy, and true to your organisation?

Who is it for? Communications specialists and managers, public relations professionals, and press representatives who want to simplify their day-to-day work with AI and spend less time creating content.

In this practical online workshop, we’ll look at how to use AI to draft communications messages, adapt texts, and plan content. We’ll focus on real work tasks and on turning generic AI-generated text into a usable message.

In the workshop, you will:
- Learn to write better prompts for AI to produce more accurate texts suited to your target audience.
- Practise adapting a single message for different audiences and channels.
- Try using AI to create press releases, social media posts, and other communications materials.
- Learn to edit AI-generated texts while preserving your organisation’s tone of voice and keeping the message clear.
- Find out how to check AI-generated content for accuracy and avoid sharing confidential information.

By the end of the workshop, you will have created at least one practical communications text and learned techniques you can use in future messaging and content creation.

To take part, you’ll need a computer and a stable internet connection. It’s a good idea to bring a real communications task or message that you’d like to develop further during the workshop. Do not enter confidential information into AI tools.

Trainer – Katrin Vilimaa-Otsing

Katrin Vilimaa-Otsing is an experienced digital marketer and trainer who has worked in marketing since 2010. She has worked with both local businesses and international brands, combining marketing strategy, content creation, and the practical possibilities of technology in her work. Katrin also uses AI in her day-to-day work and shares her experience of making work processes more efficient.
