We are celebrating the 200th anniversary of the birth of Johann Köler, the first professional artist of Estonian nationality! On October 31, a curator tour will take place at Viljandi Museum for the exhibition dedicated to the 200th anniversary of Johann Köler’s birth. Exhibition curator Kristjan Mändmaa will share the story behind the exhibition and explore Johann Köler’s life and work, highlighting the artist’s significance in Estonian cultural and art history.
