Comedy Theatre “In the Web of Lies”

In the Web of Lies, or Vino Veritas

One Halloween evening, four friends decide to tell each other nothing but the truth. What could possibly go wrong? Or could it? In any case, they turn to an ancient drink to help them along. The hostess has brought back from a trip to Peru a bluish wine that the Indians drink before getting married. Then they can speak nothing but the truth, and whoever can handle it gets paired up. No wonder the Incas died out!

Usually, relationship comedies are full of little and big lies, but here everyone tells the truth. Suddenly, it’s both terrifying and funny!

The comedy by American author David MacGregor was translated by Heiti Pakk and directed by Heiti and Rein Pakk. Starring Ott Sepp, Kaia Skoblov, Indrek Taalmaa and Marika Barabanštšikova.
