Practical training based on your company’s actual tasks. We start from scratch, and by the end of the training you’ll be able to use Claude Code in your everyday work processes as soon as the next day.
This training is for you if you work as a specialist or manager and want to save time on work tasks with AI; have no technical background (none is needed to take part); want to know what data you can share with AI while taking data-protection and IT requirements into account; or want to introduce shared prompts and rules in your team.
How the training works
Short theory sessions, live demonstrations and hands-on practice. The training consists of preparation and four parts:
Preparation. Participants complete a short questionnaire. Based on the answers, we select 3–4 real work scenarios and prepare realistic sample data.
Part 1. How do large language models (LLMs) work? How do you give them tasks? We explore their capabilities and limitations, and what makes a good prompt.
Part 2. Rules. What data can and cannot be entered into AI tools? Differences between tools and licences, the GDPR and sector-specific requirements.
Part 3. Practical examples with the Claude Code AI agent. Documents, emails, summaries, spreadsheets and reports; transferring information from paper into Excel; and checking online sources. We’ll also introduce other tools, such as Gemini Notebook.
Part 4. Wrap-up. What you can start doing tomorrow, what to discuss with IT and data-protection specialists, and how to share effective prompts and rules with your team.
What you’ll take away from the training
A clear understanding of which tasks AI can handle well in your work, what it cannot do and where its limits are; tested prompts and sample materials you can reuse right away; a ready-made work folder with a rules file that you can share with your team and develop further; a decision table and checklist for choosing suitable tools; and one specific task you can start working on as soon as the next day.
After the training, you’ll receive the slides as a PDF, a file of prompts, a folder of sample data with rules and instructions, and checklists.
