Vita Krūmiņa at an evening of songs and conversation at “Austras istaba”

On Friday, December 4, at 6:00 p.m., we invite everyone interested to an evening of songs and conversation at the creative space “Austras istaba,” featuring Vita Krūmiņa, an Austrasbērns from Cesvaine. This year, acoustic concerts accompanied by stories and conversations are taking place at “Austras istaba,” located in the “Romas dārzs” art gallery. It is a lovely opportunity to spend time together with Austrasbērns and hear songs and warm conversations about the legendary singer-songwriter Austra Pumpure, her personality, and the mark she left on those around her. This time, we will explore the exhibition dedicated to Austra Pumpure, “Viss vienalga, mierā neliks...,” together with Vita Krūmiņa. The “Austras istaba” series of song and conversation evenings is organised by “Austras biedrība” and supported by the Liepāja Culture Department. Admission is by donation.

The creative space “Austras istaba” is at Zivju iela 3 in Liepāja, in the basement of the “Romas dārzs” art gallery, at the far end of the Berči Hall. On ordinary days, it can be reached through either the “Romas dārzs” art gallery or the entrance to “Art Hotel Roma.” On the day of the event, as usual, the doors in the passageway to the “Romas dārzs” courtyard will be open.
