Apartment | Liepājas teātris

The central character in the play is an apartment in Liepāja that is more than a hundred years old. Do rooms have memories? Do they hold stories about every resident? Have they preserved all the laughter, tears, smiles and arguments? It is difficult to answer these questions. Yet despite every new resident arriving with a putty knife, rolls of wallpaper and cans of paint, everyone who has lived there has left their mark. What marks have been left in the apartment by the people who have lived there at different times? Are they the same marks those people had hoped to leave behind?
