The evening of October 30 will take you through the darkest corners of human relationships, where the line between love and hate blurs and disappears. Are you ready to look into the shadow side of relationships? Join us for “Till Death Do Us Part,” an entertaining lecture-performance with a touch of dark humour.
What happens when two people become an unstoppable force that threatens not only themselves but others as well? What passions, secrets and motives lie behind infamous couples whose love turned to destruction?
This evening, we will explore the dark side of relationships together—not only through the lens of psychology, but also through real crime stories. The lecture will be led by Rūta Treija (GMBPsS), a lecturer in forensic psychology and criminology, who will help explain why some couples cross the line between love and crime.
The Crime & Wine format lets you enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and a glass of a drink while gaining fascinating and useful knowledge. The evening will offer valuable insights into how to recognise toxic relationships and avoid situations that could lead to tragic consequences.
However, this event is not for the faint-hearted: we will talk about murder, violence and passions that have spiralled out of control.
Entry is for ages 18 and over. The event starts at 19:00. The lecture-performance lasts 3 hours, including an interval. Doors open one hour before the event starts.
